When paying for lessons on-line, please make sure you change the quantity to reflect the number of lessons for the month.
Example: If you are a Monday Student, and you have 4 Mondays, you would put a 4 in the qty box. Make sure it's not a Month that might have 5 Mondays in it. You must pay for all lesson days to receive monthly lesson rate. *ALL NEW STUDENTS NEED TO CALL FOR LESSON TIME
Monthly Lesson Rate - Lessons are $16.00 per session, one lesson a week, approximately 30 minutes in length. Lessons are to be paid by the month, on or before the first of each month, to guarantee your lesson time. There are no refunds for unused lessons. This also allows for one reschedule per month. Weekly or Walk in Rates -A lesson rate of $18.00 will be charged anytime you schedule different times each week or sign up for less than one month. These lesson times must be paid in advance and there are no reschedules or make-ups for these lessons. Payment Method -An automatic deduction from a credit card account is available, and preferred for monthly students. Lessons fees are drawn out on the 1stof each month. The only time this would be different is if the 1st of the month fell on a weekend, or holiday. If you decide not to use the automatic deduction option, you are responsible for paying the next month’s lesson fees by the first of each month to guarantee your lesson time. If the fees are not paid for by the 1st, the time slot in which the student is in will become available. Student Cancellations and reschedules - In accordance with the rules of The Music Teachers National Association, any lesson cancelled by the student will be forfeited. If the teacher has been given 24 hours notice and is able to reschedule the missed lesson at a later time, they may, but are not required to do so. This includes illness, private and school extra-curricular activities, etc. One vacation credit will be permitted every six months. Taking lessons is a commitment on the part of the student and the student's family and frequent rescheduling of lessons is not acceptable. Teacher Cancellations - Any lesson cancelled by the teacher will be rescheduled or credited towards the next month's lessons. Bad Weather - In the event of inclement weather the student is responsible for attending lessons if the store is open and the teacher is teaching. Complaints - If you are unable to resolve a problem, would like to schedule a conference with teacher and managemen, or have a suggestion feel free to contact us at (937) 335-2406 and ask for Matt or Christy. |
